Edited Issue: Hiding the table in right bottom on map [10]

Hi Atul, I have a few queries for the mapping solution:
1) is it possible to hide the table on the right side bottom from any xml configuration or otherwise?
2) is it possible to change the column headers from 'column1', 'column2', etc for this table to some custom user understandable values?
3) Is it possible that when map loads, it only shows the USA region instead of the whole world as my records are only based in US?
4) Is it possible to remove the default records near africa from the map?
5) when a record is opened from the map, there is no maximize button for the record? would it be possible to have that?
6) In BingMapConfig.xml, what is the purpose of <zoomlevel> node in tooltip?
7) do you have a timeline for changing the kms search to mile search?
